Our Founder: Cathy Ford

Cathy Ford created Red Owl Business Services  because she has a passion for technology and providing outstanding customer service. She is also a life-long learner with an Associate’s degree in General Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, a Master’s degree in Health Administration, and most recently has become a Certified Online Business Manager. Combine all that with 20+ years of working with web-based technology in corporate life and there's not much she can't do or figure out when she sets her mind to it.

Cathy lives and works in Albuquerque, NM with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Molly. Mark and Molly are the heart of everything Cathy does. She founded this business, in part, so that they could spend more time together doing the things they love. This includes snuggling on the couch, walking in the park, and traveling the world.

Cathy is a Servant Leader at heart. She empowers those she works with to achieve their own visions for their lives and businesses. “I succeed when they are successful. I find that people who use technology are more confident and independent.”
