Our Mission: 

Our mission is to support small business owners by setting up and managing organizational systems that will enable them to showcase their own brilliance and expertise. 

Our Vision:

Red Owl Business Services was created because our founder had a passion for customer services and helping others access and use technology tools that can make running their businesses smooth and a joy to operate. We connect the technology dots so that the small business owners we serve feel amazing about the systems and procedures we provide.

Our Values:

Adventure - Life is an adventure and we embrace that. We encourage our team members to step outside of their comfort zones in order to benefit themselves, our clients, and our company. This extends to both physical and mental self-improvement and the broadening of ones horizons through education and travel. 

Authenticity - Each member of our team is encouraged to be their  best and most authentic self. As is required both by US law and our own personal values, we do not discriminate against clients or contractors for any reason and we don't tolerate discriminatory actions from clients or contractors either. It doesn't matter what you look like or believe as long as you are doing good work and being a genuine and friendly person. Everyone has something positive to contribute and we encourage that.

Empowerment - We collaborate with intelligent people with critical thinking skills. They are empowered to make important decisions as needed and to speak out about matters that are important to them. That empowerment does not extend to bullying behaviors and we will support those who are being bullied.

Service To Others - We are a service-oriented organization and we are here to care for our clients and the needs of our team members and the communities we live in. We encourage our contractors and staff to participate in community activities and we support our clients in their community efforts. We will not support efforts to curtail the rights of others and to restrict freedoms that interfere with the rights to life, liberty, and prosperity.

We are not a technology company. We are a service company that uses technology to build systems to make our clients shine.

The successes of both our clients and team members are our victories. When the systems we put in place work well for everyone, they can do what they are experts at with no worries. Everything just works!

Our Mentality:

We serve others first. We make sure that everyone we work with has what they need to do their jobs and also has the ability to step away when the need rises. If our colleagues need our support, we’ll be there for them. 

How We Operate:

We offer a complete business evaluation and technical stack recommendation based on monthly revenue or projected start-up budget and organizational needs. Each recommendation is unique to our clients and their business. 

Our clients  become more focused and successful because they no longer have to keep details in their heads or on scattered pieces of paper around the office. Everything is painlessly digitized, stored, and easily accessible from wherever they are.
